By now we all know that eating delicious and decadent foods doesn't mean they have to be unhealthy!
These triple chocolate cookie dough bites by @zakiyaskitchen are the perfect example.
You hear and see cookie dough but what you don't see are the chickpeas 😉
- Refined Sugar Free
- Packed with health fats
What You’ll Need:
- 1 can of rinsed & drained chickpeas (patted dry)
- 1/4 cup dates
- 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter (or butter of choice!)
- 1/4 cup melted dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp hemp hearts
- 2 tbsp collagen peptides (optional)
- 1 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
- A pinch of sea salt
Dairy Free - Gluten Free - Vegan - Refined Sugar Free
Mix ingredients in a food processor, roll into balls, refrigerate and enjoy!!
