- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut?
- ½ cup cooked sprouted quinoa?
- ½ cup chopped roasted baru seeds?
- ½ cup chopped dried cranberries?
- ½ cup pumpkin seeds?
- ? cup whole wheat flour?
- ¼ cup sprouted chia/flax powder?
- 1 tsp cinnamon?
