What You’ll Need:

  • 2 cups quick-cooking oats (not instant)?
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut?
  • ½ cup cooked sprouted quinoa?
  • ½ cup chopped roasted baru seeds?
  • ½ cup chopped dried cranberries?
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds?
  • ? cup whole wheat flour?
  • ¼ cup sprouted chia/flax powder?
  • 1 tsp cinnamon?
  • 1 pinch salt?
  • ¾ cup canned pure pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)?
  • ½ cup liquid honey (or maple syrup)?
  • ¼ cup coconut oil, melted?

            Dairy Free - Gluten Free - Vegan - Refined Sugar Free

              Preparation:

              1. Combine all of your dry ingredients?
              2. Whisk together your wet ingredients?
              3. Combine wet and dry ingredients and spread evenly into a parchment lined baking dish?
              4. Bake for roughly 25 minutes at 350 degrees F?
              5. Cool completely before cutting into desired sizes?
              6. Enjoy!?
