Miracle Mylk (Hemp)

Over the last couple of years, dairy free milks have become increasingly popular. Almonds, cashews, soy and coconut are some of the leading dairy free milks on the market, some of which are relatively easy to make. However, the easiest and one of the most nutritious dairy-free milks to make is Hemp milk. For people living with food allergies, hemp milk is a fantastic alternative to dairy, soy and nut milks. Not only does is contain calcium, magnesium, fiber, potassium, B vitamins and Omega-3, it also a great source of vegan protein. Plus, its quick and easy to make, and unlike some nut milks, requires no soaking or straining!
