Sprouted Grain Free Everything Bagels

We made these bagels following one of our favorite #otlifestylers Jass Stupak aka @nourishwithjass recipe but modified them to make them vegan using our sprouted chia and flaxseed powder. These sprouted grain free everything bagels are so easy to make and are packed with nutrition. Why sprouted? Sprouting increases the bioavailability of the nutrients and makes them easier to digest - so why not?! Check out the recipe below and don't forget to check out Jass' blog www.nourishwithjass.com
