How to use it

    What You’ll Need:

    • 1/4 cup olive oil
    • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
    • 2 tbsp lemon juice
    • 1 inch knob of fresh ginger or 1/4 tsp of our full spectrum ginger powder
    • 2 tbsp yacon syrup
    • 1 tsp turmeric powder
    • 1/4 cup tahini
    • 2 tbsp goji syrup
    • salt and pepper to taste


              Dairy Free - Refined Sugar Free 

              • Prep Time: 10 minutes

                Preparation:

                1. Add all of your ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
                2. Add more lemon juice, yacon, salt and pepper to taste.
                3. For a thicker dip-like consistency, use less goji syrup. For a thinner, dressing consistency, use more goji syrup.
                4. Use as a dressing for salads and bowls or as a glaze/dip for roasted vegetables like carrots!
